30-Day Money Back Guarantee 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price*(see exclusions below), minus any shipping charges. The item must be returned in like-new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Return shipping costs must be pre-paid by the buyer. Any items requiring assembly (Keyboard Trays, Monitor Arms etc...) may not be returned once installed and/or assembled. Items that are visibly used, missing materials, or with damaged packaging will be subject to a 10%-50% re-stocking fee. "Open Box" specials are non-returnable.

* Customized "Build Your Own" products are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances. These products are under full warranty, in the event a damaged or defective part is received the part will be replaced at no charge.

These products include but are not limited to all Office Master, Neutral Posture, and Via Seating brand chairs, and all height adjustable workstations. Cancellation after 3 business days of orders for "Build Your Own" products mentioned above will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
